Mar I Cel - l'Escala

A male waiter was slightly pleasant, but others did not and waitress extremely rude. could not sit on the terrace for a drink, although it was empty. we have only returned on the second day because our daughter was so hot that we had to stop. we ordered. tapas and a total of 8 drinks for us and our two children and many tapas. it was a terrible hot day, and our daughter was close to going out with the heat, so we bought her 2 drinks from the restaurant and we got her a **** from next door to cool them. the incredibly rude waitress said our two young children would have to go with their sluts. so they sat on a bank 2m away until they finished it (our despite the ordering them 2 drinks from the restaurant?! the waitress could have understood and at a time when Spain wants to return more tourist and the restaurant was almost empty. I will not return to this restaurant. lack of common sense, lack of compassion and use of money from tourist to cost of good service. eating was very average. no toilet paper in female toilet. recommend! avoid them. many nice and friendly tapas bars in l’Escala.

I'm surprised to see as many bad critikens as I sit to write this. we went for an early dinner, so there were few people, but from the beginning every member of the staff was very helpful and friendly. they answered all our asking to do. my friend is vegetarian and they have adjusted the set menu happy to accommodate them. While her gazpacho did not seem to be really gazpacho, my thunfish was delicious, like the rest of the meal. And when my partner somehow managed to throw her earthy on the floor, they kindly replaced her without cost and also not for the gazpacho she sent back. so all in, a good experience and a visit worth.

Falta mejorar el servicio. La comida no esta mal, pedimos paella y otras tapas. Ubicación frente del mar. Buen ambiente.

Carísimo, estoy más que cansado de que sirvan coca colas de sifón y las cobren a precio de oro, 3'30€ por un vaso y me da igual q estes delante de la playa

Calitat preu de lo milloret amb vistes al mar, es un restaurant familiar amb bon ambient, la paella que hem menjat ha sigut molt bona, un xic salada pel meu gust, però bé, preus normals i lògics.
