Yolanda, owner and cook, with trainin... read more Visiting Baztan Bidasoa and without prior knowledge we entered the Zantzonea for lunch 6 people. What a pleasant surprise. Yolanda, owner and cook, with training at the Berasategui school, attended wonderfully (along with her partner and daughter). Carte or menu, he advised us different dishes to have the opportunity to taste. A very fresh cod, some very well cooked cheeks, some very good white asparagus, homemade desserts,... As I said, a surprise for those of you who often enjoy going without reservations and letting your intuitions take you. Go there if you are in Lesaka or near this beautiful town.
