One word: perfect! Although we arrived without reservation, we were very well welcomed, with a beautiful terrace table in a restaurant with a beautiful decoration. delicious homemade aperitives, charcuterie board and cheese to fall on the ground, bavette and delicious homemade fries, just perfect wood fire cooking and special mention for the beef coast...!!! our only regret was to no longer have room for dessert, so we will return!!! the wine was superb and well advised on the subject. a huge thank you to the team:

90% of restaurants closed on 08/10 in Ste Croix de Vercors (04). But the Plancha is open this Sunday and we booked. Experience this weekend. Back after eating, very friendly welcome by the boss. Cocoa egg with foie gras: a pleasure. The bath and excellent intercoast, of very good quality and mastered kitchen. For meat lovers: go! I'll be back next year.
