Les Sushi de Marie

Sushi are not too much but waiting time is a real appetite suppressant. the restaurant has been closed since December 2016

We enjoyed the welcome....but the sushi are unfortunately really not good when we are amateur (the rice has no taste...)!

We came for a evjf, the restaurant was reserved for us. nothing to say about the reception and the service. I've been used to Japanese restaurants, I've been very disappointed. tasteless miso soup, cabbage salad with just soy and sesame seeds, nice rice too vinegar and cooked skewer with caramel (not yakitori way). mastery of Japanese cuisine doesn't invent and I think the restaurant should change its map.

Sushi fan, living on the coast, it's a bit complicated to find a Japanese restaurant. So we decided to make 25km to ease our desires and enjoy the sands. I admit it was a disappointment. We wanted to eat on the spot: mistake. We were on a small table in the hallway leading to the kitchen. not very comfortable and despite being in the passage, we waited a lot to be served. concerning the choice: I was lost. I who loves sashimi, maki, california and at the same time discover other things,. the menus offered are too sophisticated, which makes that even basics, they have not been found. The service is medium: we waited 1/4 hour to have sauce.bref, I will not return kilometers on purpose to eat. I'll live more ready, I'll go back to it.

Wasabi, ginger and beer wasabi are good. The rest is more than bad. the association of ingredients tempted by the chef cuisto is a disappointment! The delivery time is twice as long as announced; 1 hour :(-a avoid !!!
