I was extremely disappointed by the behavior of the staff. I mentioned that their site and the UberEats app didn't work for their restaurant, and the cook was very rude. He responded to me in a condescending manner, saying that he was tired of hearing this comment and that he didn't know when the problem would be resolved. Worse still, the cook stared at me with a big smile, as if making fun. It was very uncomfortable. To top it off, they forgot half our order. We had to go back to get what was missing, which resulted in a cold meal and barely an apology from them. We had problems with this restaurant in the past and decided to give them a second chance. But after this experience, I am convinced that if you cannot manage customer relations well, you should not work in this field. I have never seen such inappropriate behavior in a dining establishment.
