The fouées we ordered were relatively average. Also I was disappointed to see the person at the stand handling the change then moving on to making the fouées by taking the ingredients in hand without prior washing or use of gloves. Perfect for eating on the go. The choice is quite limited but good for testing the typical fouées of Touraine. Not as good as in the Loire Valley but allows you to eat quickly before the next show. Little wait around 12 p.m. but long wait around 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. View all feedback.
