Very hospitable, great service, great beer, great food (pizzas are huge) and not silly expensive! You can have a reasonable conversation without screaming and playing pool! View all feedback.
What Diana Hofmann doesn't like about The Secret Bar:
evenings started well in here but as one of the slightly older customers you did tend to get ignored as the youngsters started to come in, particularly when the pub crawl crews arrived. View all feedback.
This place is now called The Penguin Pub It belongs to Pete and Paul from the Polar bear over the street Place had a little revitalization as a result We enjoyed the drinks and pool Good cocktails
After we arrived at the resort in the afternoon, got our skis, had shopping and had a drink, we went somewhere to have a snack/meal (not demanding). We came to the Secret Bar, were greeted by the staff and settled to enjoy the pizzas. They were large, well cooked and extremely tasty and we went with a box full of left panes to have the following day. The service was pleasant, and we would recommend the Secret Bar for a pleasant evening especially if you feel hungry!
Stayed in the hotel two years ago and was expecting better food than we got Had pizza straight from Iceland and wished we hadn’t Go past for better food
As part of ESS we met with our ski group socially to review our performance towards the end of the Ski week, It appears this is s regular hangout of ski instructors and potential party goers. If this is your scene this is a great...place. The decor and service is as expected of ta ski resort bar.
Went for a couple of beers with my husband and daughter pre dinner, played some pool. The staff really spoilt us with lots of nibbles and snacks, crisps, olive pizza bread, salami, nuts etc, didn't really need dinner afterwards. Lots of laughs with the family great first night. Will deffo make this a regular evening stop.
