Contribute Feedback What Louis Bigot doesn't like about La Vetrata:
We waited an hour and a half for 2 pizzas, a salad and spag Bol. When we asked for bread while we waited the poor waiter had to sneak some onto our table as the ‘boss’ had said we weren’t allowed any!!!!!! She the...boss did not once come over to apologise to us in fact I would say she avoided us and the other tables that were complaining. We gave up on the coffee after waiting for half an hour how hard is it to make... View all feedback.
Great pizzas, Pastas .we also loved the Caesar salad. The owner is very nice and welcoming. We ate there two nights in a row. Will come back
Overall great food, the price is not that bad for the area but could be cheaper for the portions of food. The service is not that good, they told us to wear masks when no other customer was wearing one. Also, they didn’t let us...use the WiFi on our laptop and would only let us use it on our phones. The overall atmosphere is not that great. You feel very claustrophobic and also the distance between the tables inside is not right considering the 1.5 metre distance required during COVID
Ate lunch here yesterday. It was a very friendly experience. Staff were engaging with us all and it was no problem when some of the party wanted extra toppings on their pizzas. Kids menu was ok. The child’s pizza was meant to be a mini...version of one from the main menu but it was still huge! The little pot of ice cream was cute too for the kids. Food was excellent and we didn’t have to wait long either even though the restaurant was filling up shortly after we arrived.
We were a family of 7 adults and 4 children and we were booked for dinner on New Year's Eve at one day's notice. The food was excellent and the service good. We went again 4 days' later and had the same welcome and great...experience. The restaurant got busier as the evening wore on so the atmosphere was congenial. I would definitely recommend, but suggest booking first.

We gave up on the coffee after waiting for half an hour how hard is it to make coffee???!!!!!! When paying I mentioned to the boss that it had been so slow and she shrugged and said ‘we are busy it is normal everywhere bye bye’!!!!!! No apology so rude! The only saving grace was that when the food arrived it was lovely. However we won’t be going back unless they have a change of management.
