What Pascal Lecomte doesn't like about Glacier Café:
A place to avoid...the person who served us has no business sense. (I have worked in the business myself for 40 years) I ordered a Banana Split and kindly asked if it was possible to change the strawberry ice cream to blueberry or another flavor (I don't like strawberry and in all the other restaurants it was always changed). The service leaves to be desired. A coffee requested with blackmail No, we can't, an Irish coffee that can't be used because there is strong alcohol without eating, while we had 4 drinks. A deplorable welcome. I don't recommend it.
Very nice restaurant, a nice terrace for the summer. A very warm welcome and of course quality products. We are Fan des crêpes, specialty of this restaurant to discover!

Really disappointed with our visit for our last evening.. We chose a Savoyard fondue but there was more wine than cheese... we wonder if this is normal? The answer is yes, you have to mix well and get to the bottom to get the cheese! At the end of the meal she says again you see, it has thickened obviously the bread had absorbed all the wine... In terms of charcuterie it is very light especially for the price and we understood that it was extra (we were told repeated it 3x) As for the banana split cup, be careful, it’s impossible to change the taste of a scoop of ice cream because the person is alone in the kitchen “we can remove it but no replacement possible” the little one had to choose another dessert I find this a bit exaggerated
We have been going there in winter for several years and this year we went there in summer, always very satisfied, nothing to complain about, very pleasant welcome Delphine and Jean very kind as well as their waitresses.
