Horrible steak. Thin and stringy. Service not that nice.
Violent atmosphere! Inadmissible. Run away ! After more than an hour of waiting, we were served cold. After asking the server to review with the kitchen, he comes back with the same burger to put in the microwave, and the salad and the garnish all burnt. I see the manager who doesn't care about anything and thinks only of cashing in on customers. The waiter takes my plate and throws it into the kitchen. She explodes on the floor, he starts screaming, the boss doesn't move and a waitress had to calm the waiter down and deal with the situation. In the end, the kitchen not being able to provide service from the start, many customers left without eating. It was the waitress who had to make me dinner and apologize. In view of the catastrophic situation one would have thought that the boss would have come to apologize. Well no, it's the waitress who does it. I caught the boss who told him that it's not easy for him because he's coming to take over and that he has incompetent staff. The servers told us that they were fed up with this atmosphere. I think the boss is clearly incompetent and the same for the cooks. I pity the staff in the room. Finally the boss made us 20% and 2 coffees offered. He really didn't understand. In short, we ate under stress and we will never go back there again.
And again, the only star goes to the meal. The service is LA-MEN-TABLE! I arrived at rush hour, the room is not too full, they install me, ok. My waiter speaks to me in an almost forced way, he never looks at me when he talks to me. Barely seated he asks me 30 seconds later if I have already chosen, looking hurried and almost annoyed. At first I put it down to the stress of the lunchtime ruch (I work in Buffalo). He then takes my order, still without looking at me, looking urgent, throughout the meal, not a look, no request for my meal, I had no water at all, I waited 10 min before having my aperitif, all without apologies. It is like this until dessert. I go to pay at the bar, the always icy waiter gives me change and doesn't even deign to say goodbye! I remained unmoved but terribly shocked. What a total lack of politeness and professionalism! I will NEVER return to THIS restaurant. There's a Macdo next door, you'll be 100 times better served.

Après avoir commandé boissons et apéritif, ainsi que le plat, nous avons attendu un moment puis eu nos boissons. Je finis tout de même par demander si on ne nous a pas oublié, réponse : oui oui vous êtes les prochains.Nous recevons le plat mais pas l'apéritif... on nous propose de nous apporter l'apéritif APRÈS le plat... Même pas un geste commercial, c'est vraiment dommage, nous ne reviendrons pas.
