We went here to eat one evening, as most other places were full. It has a great location, at the centre of the Croisette, and at the foot of the slopes - it ought to be good, but It was dreadful, our worst eating experience in France. Seating is on hard benches, so they don't encourage you to stay long. The menu is fairly basic, so we were not expecting too much. I had the bolognaise, which was average, and my husband ordered a croque monsieur. When it came, it had been clearly been reheated from hours ago - he could not cut through it, and left it. The staff were not interested in helping, and charged full price.

Self service is what we choose, food was excellent, good hams and cheese, soup and bread and beers. Quality good.

This self service restaurant is conveniently situated in La Croixette. There is a large area outside and also indoor seating on hard wooden benches.Prices are fairly high (€5 for hot chocolate with cream). Food is fairly standard. Having now looked at the ratings I can see why people go elsewhere. Shame - this place has a lot of potential. The owner is often near the entrance ready to pounce on anyone that might have food or drink with them - beware pic nicers.Les Menuires tourism were giving out free samples of a local delicacy last night. The owner was not impressed that I was still holding a small paper plate and pounced. Fair enough if I brought my pic nic, but a free sample? Given my wife had a tray of drinks and food her reaction was totally over the top. She suggested we try a different restaurant in future. Great advice I think.Apart from the owner all the staff were friendly and welcoming. My recommendation is try the Trattoria instead (it is also closer to ski school pick up). Crepes are very reasonable and so are the drinks. Seating is also more comfortable. We tried the pizza once and it was excellent.

Great! Except this year, the drought was felt...

Friendly station, accommodation more than pleasant and very affordable (the Adonis chalets) with very pleasant staff! I pull the bow here and the animation team is top!!!! Little hic, I came 2 years ago and with the climbing pass we paid once (80€ it seems to me) we had access to the bow, the swimming pool, the ski lifts and a hike per week with a guide. Now we have to recharge the collar and each activity is flown to empty the collar... Fortunately for archiving, the hosts allow you to do several sessions for the price of one when there are few participants... But it's the post-COVID crisis that wants it, everything has increased... or it's because of the war in Ukraine, like for gasoline, food oil, drain oil etc.
