View all feedback.
What Santis Dzirne doesn't like about Les Explorateurs:
The food was very nice. we all liked our dishes. The head waiter was very accommodating and new what she was doing. The staff had problems remembering who ordered what. The staff forgot to present some of the dishes (we had to ask). We were...recommended a white and red vine, both very nice wines. My son and I would like a glass of Sauternes with our foie gras.... The restaurant only sell Sauternes by the bottle, I f... View all feedback.
Very good food! great environment! we have a few food restrictions and they knew it would make us special!
The food was ok given the michelin star rating but don't expect anything inspiring. However we are totally disappointed with the service. They seem to only have 2 staffs to serve the entire restaurant. We opened a bottle of wine and the staff were just...too busy to refill for us and we have no idea we still have 1/3 of the bottle left after we finished the main courses and until we asked about it with the glass empty for a while. The more interesting thing is the waitress asked us if that's our wine. I don't expect a server to not know where our wine is while they put it aside themselves. I feel like I have to rush to finish the wine at the end while I didn't want dessert because we are full. This is a bizzare experience for the price given.
First terrace bar/restaurant when coming down into town from the Croissant piste area. Expensive, but lovely. Has a 5* rating and includes a Michelin restaurant inside. I only stopped for coffee, coke and beer. Would love to pop in again.
If you have the time and energy after skiing and left some room in your belly and you are near or in Hotel Pashmina I would recommend this restaurant for a delicious, multi course, michelin star, meal. Good wine and spacious setting.
