I ordered two giant feasts and when I got home to share with my family, I discovered that out of 30 pieces of chicken, there were 20 drumsticks, 5 wings, and 5 thighs—no ribs or breasts at all. It’s completely unacceptable. I tried calling the store over 10 times and couldn’t get through. I highly recommend avoiding this place. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner

Despite this occasional hiccup, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. They were quick to address the issue, apologizing for any inconvenience and promptly rectifying the mistake. Their professionalism and willingness to make things right left a positive impression on me, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction. Additionally, the overall dining experience at KFC Leppington was pleasant, with a clean and inviting atmosphere. While order accuracy is important, the outstanding service from the staff more than makes up for any occasional errors. I'll continue to frequent KFC Leppington for their delicious food and commendable customer service.
