Lockies - Leppington (NSW)

Not a nice ambiance for a gathering. Smelled of cigarettes and beer in the whole place.

Decided to go to have lunch at Lockies with my parents as we were passing by. Ordered the ribs, schnitzel, rump and seafood basket. Firstly, the service was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and welcoming from the moment we got in. The food was fantastic also. Ribs were very tender and fell off the bone, schnitzel was moist and crunchy and steak perfectly cooked. Everything was very tasty. This place is such a hidden gem, a must if you are in the area.

Great Local Aussie hotel. Everything a pub needs. A big dose of Aussie and you're sweet. ‍Excellent local wood counter tops, they look fantastic, array of liquor behind the bar looks great!A little bit of country and a little bit of Rock n Roll

Exceptional service, very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Very large servings and delicious food. Ordered the lamb shanks which was moist and fell off the bone. The chicken schnitzel was equally delicious and the garlic sauce on top was very fragrant and creamy. The rump and t-bone were cooked to absolute perfection. The sticky date pudding and apple crumble were insanely delicious! Very cheap food and drinks ….. cocktails probably the cheapest in Sydney! Definitely will be back! Update: Went back again today and had the steak sandwich, salmon, salt and pepper squid. All dishes were fantastic. The steak sandwich was on par with Kirribilli . Kevin has phenomenal customer service skills.

Old Country Pub been around for a while now. The food was amazing, fresh and hot. The staff were friendly. Love the wood interior.
