Remarkable gastronomic restaurant with flavor associations that you discover with delight. Master's restaurant! An atmosphere, a team, a kitchen and a 5-star decoration. Beautiful culinary discovery accompanied by a passionate, friendly and discreet staff. The dishes are of quality, sought and presented with a know-how worthy of the largest houses. Long live at Cuvée 31!!

Very good restaurant. Small dishes on the map of still impressive wines: so to say no rosé, damage if you love it. Champagne selection with very limited glass.

What a great discovery! Returning the decoration of the reception and the bar gives the tone, from the modern to the glorious past of this place of gastronomy. The team is friendly with an outfit between gastronomy and relaxation, in short we feel good right now. The dining room is very pleasant, elegant without being crispy. Throughout the service, the team was very professional with a rare amability. The parade of dishes with a careful presentation and precision of tastes and cooking. At the end of the meeting with the owner of the premises will close this very pleasant dinner, the man sweats the passion for his business and the commercial sense for the Customers. I can only recommend this restaurant.
Excellent gourmet restaurant! We were very well received by staff. Very quiet and excellent view of the cathedral. The dishes were very good the houmous with peas accompanied by aperitive crackers was really excellent! . The prices are very correct for the quality of the products. I highly recommend you to move:
Very good restaurant. The staff is very pleasant, warm, pleasant. Servers know the dishes very well, explain well, give advice. Copious menus. The dishes are very well presented. This restaurant is a real rare pearl that deserves to be visited. If I could give them 20/20.
A real heart attack! We were first invited to drink a drink at the bar, then the waiter accompanied us to our table the meal was excellent and the very elegant setting, perfect for a quiet dinner.
The reading of the menu can be confusing, but the staff explains each dish with a lot of skill and we were not disappointed by the mixtures of flavors that were served us. The smile is rigorous on the part of the staff and the relevant advice. The only small flat was my dessert to the mango really too minimalist and lacking flavor (4th photo) , I should have chosen that of my husband who has feasted on him! I've been talking about it when I figured it out. I still leave my 5 stars because the rest of the meal was perfect.
