While we're getting a refund for the missing item, it really put a damper on our evening. I could understand if we had ordered a lot, but forgetting one out of just two items is simply unacceptable. The restaurant did call to let us know they found our missing order and offered to deliver it in the next 20 minutes, but by then we had already made other plans. We appreciated the call, though, and the food we did receive was decent, so we may consider trying them again in the future.

Pros: the food was quite okay and I must say they all tasted fresh Cons: There was supposed to be a promotion for orders above 35€ and I ordered way more than t... read more Pros: the food was quite okay and I must say they all tasted fresh Cons: There was supposed to be a promotion for orders above 35€ and I ordered way more than that as you can see on the photos but I did not get the promo, with the reason that I was supposed to check my order Unfortunately this happened to me more than a couple of times already and I am not the one taking the orders am I? Why should I be the one checking my orders? Foodwise, everything tasted fresh but the Tamago Nigiri was kinda dry, the Salmon is not from the Belly and also tasted a bit more drier than a real Salmon Nigiri. The Tofu was fried well and I actually liked it, I just wished to have more salt on it, the sauce did not help a lot as it was also kinda mild. The Pad Krapow, now I don’t know if I am just being picky just because I have tasted the best one in Thailand but I’d rather say, it’s okay. The eel rolls were good and the chicken katsu roll was the best of the bunch. All in all, am I going to order again just to get my free item this time? Probably not. Poor quality business the restaurant rang us to say they found our missing order and offered to send it in the next 20mn but we had already organised something else. We were glad she called though and we might try them again some day as food received was fine. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20
