What Heather Hartford doesn't like about Burger King:
The Michigan Center location is horrible!! And the night manager is rude. I ordered a whopper and got two pieces of meat on a bun nothing else. We drove all the way back to have it replaced and she said she wouldn’t replace my ice cold cheesy tots i got with the sandwich. They wouldn’t have been ice cold if she didn’t mess my order up to begin with!! Horrible service View all feedback.

This has always been the most consistent BK. Management is helpful and workers have good attitudes towards
Terrible customer service. Girl at counter hard to order and get along with. Just left.
