I'm not typically one to write reviews, but I feel it's important to give credit where it's due. I visited Wendy's today with my children, and I was impressed by how clean the place was. I’m not sure how it’s possible to mess up a spicy chicken sandwich, especially since it consists of just lettuce, tomato, mayo, and a spicy chicken patty on a bun. Unfortunately, my sandwich was missing the lettuce, tomato, and mayo, leaving it extremely dry without those toppings. View all feedback.

My order was incorrect; I never received my Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo. The drinks were also not what I ordered, and the bag had a different name on the label.
I ordered the 10-piece chicken nuggets combo, but they forgot to include my fries in the bag.
