What Anonym dislikes about Ecolmado:
first we really liked this place. we had a coffee with milk, a tea with milk and magdalena muffins. we also ordered to keep tahini and sesame seeds, but we asked to change the honey that should be on it to make it vegan. that was no problem at all, and we got our tiny toast with 5 pieces of bananen up (but without sesame seeds tho). when we were equal to pay, he calculated us 2 euro instead of the original price of 0... I hadn’t eaten anything besides fruit and bread for two days due to the lack of available vegan food or anywhere to cook. This place changed my week for the best.
One of the few organic and vegan cafes I’ve come across in the north of Spain. The have a variety of nut, oat and rice milk, a delicious vegan empanada and excellent hospitality. Definitely stop through for a bite and rejuvenation whilst touring through Léon.
A breath of fresh vegan air! The atmosphere looks tranquil and the music is super zen. You can select fruits and veggies to be made into fresh squeezed juice and the homemade veggie empanada is not to be missed- hearty and healthy. I also appreciated the homemade apple cake. Highly recommended! Highly recommended.
Very small and cosy cafe, with friendly service. Would like to come again here for a nice cup of coffee.

Such a delightful place!!! It is a small shop/cafe. We tried the empanadas which were amazing, we then shared a serving of hummus with beetroot and delicious whole-wheat bread toasts and I got a muffin to go. Oh and did I mention the oat mylk cappuccino? Everything was vegan. I loved this place!
Delicious vegan food: I've tried muffins and empanada (a Spanish dish . You can choose between three vegan milks for your coffee and always get a toast with eco olive oil (it's actually the main reason why I always order more drinks . Apart from that they have wide range of ecological products to buy. All of this in a small coffee shop with a magical atmosphere. Strongly recommended!
We had the freshly made vegan empanada, with beautiful whole meal pastry superb then followed up with vegan Magdalena and coffee, also excellent. The proprietor is a nice friendly guy with decent English and has built up a place with a lovely relaxed atmosphere and interesting touches, such as the corner wall decorations made out of old fruit boxes. Highly recommended.
