I went in for dinner with friends. The location was busy for 9 P.M. but the service didn't slow down a bit. Three meals with onion rings were out quickly. The open tables were clean and ready to use. The staff was friendly and checked on us a few times. I'm not usually in this area, but when I am, I'll stop here for a meal. View all feedback.

Food was the only thing good. Food was quick but some items were missing and I just got a burger and a shake. The service was horrendous no one was at the counter and whenever there was they had no social skills it was almost like talking to a wall lol. Manager in blue cut through line of customers waiting to order without acknowledging any of his customers. No greeting. Zero customer service.
Made a stop at 1am and waited nearly 30 minutes just to get a patty that was pieced together. Disgusting and cold

Ever since they remodeled, the drive thru service is THE SLOWEST IN SAN ANTONIO!!
All the tables and floor dirty in the restaurant. Employees are standing around and not cleaning. Horrible experience! Gross environment!
