Dunkin' - Leominster

I had my first disappointing experience at a Dunkin' today. The staff completely ignored me for around five minutes, even though I was the only customer in the store and there was no one in the drive-thru. To make matters worse, they got my simple grilled cheese order wrong. To top it all off, they claimed the bathroom was out of service, but it seemed more like they didn't want to clean it since there was less than an hour until closing time.

This was the worst Dunkin' Donuts experience I've ever had. The staff were rude, unwelcoming, and displayed discriminatory behavior. I wouldn't recommend visiting this location.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the service. The new afternoon team is not only rude and unprofessional but also displays arrogance and, at times, racism. They lack patience and are often unresponsive; during my visit, I waited about 8 to 10 minutes without being served, as everyone seemed to be in the kitchen. I'm unsure about their weekend hours, but I've noticed that on Sundays, they close the main door at 5:50 PM. It seems like this company needs to improve its training programs, as the young staff appears to lack proper customer service skills. They should understand that their salaries are tied to customer satisfaction and sales.

I order Vanilla colatta and say dont have it I dont understand why do you selling that. you guys never have it

Bad service! the new team of young people working in this unit on the afternoon is extremely rude, unprofessional, arrogant and racist. they do not have the geduld to serve, and very rude, at certain times are all in the kitchen, they enter the load and wait to serve a average of 8 to 10 minutes. I don't know about opening times during the weeks, but in the rule on Sunday about 17.50 they close the front door. I do not know what the training logistics of this company is, but I believe they do not receive adequate customer service training, they should teach this youth that their salary depends on sales and customer service.
