Applebee's Grill - Leominster

Once I finally sat down to eat my burger, I found it to be bright pink, despite having specifically requested it not to be cooked that way. This made me feel unwell, and I couldn't bring myself to eat it. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, all I received was a half-hearted "we're sorry," with no genuine attempt to resolve the issue or offer a replacement. They didn't even consider reimbursing me for the $60 I spent on the incorrect and undercooked food, along with the wasted time and fuel. Overall, I wouldn't recommend returning here.

I always look for a great meal, and this place delivers. The staff is consistently friendly, and the service is usually prompt. Every dish I’ve tried here has been excellent.

We decided to drop by Applebee's for a change of pace, and it turned out to be a great choice. I ordered the steak with shrimp, while my wife opted for the chicken bowl. Either we were really hungry, or the food was just that good, as we polished off our plates! The service was quick and attentive, making our experience even better. The steak was cooked perfectly to medium, with a nice light pink center, and my dish included 7 or 8 shrimp, also cooked just right. Overall, we had a fantastic meal!

There is literally no cheese on this “four cheese pasta”. I don't care that the offers are small if they put a soak on them! this whole plate was bland, idyk, as they forget the sauces for the whole duck

I wasn't to impressed with the service or the food. It's a good location. It's convenient. I've been here a few times and it's ok. Not good, but not bad either. Some times the service is good and the food is fair, other times the service and/or the food is not what it should be. This location could definitely be better.
