pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff at the reception I came this noon with my daughter September) there was a world at the door but it did not prevent to have a smile she helped me to scan without agace what becomes very rare of today! mcdo it looks like it but for its kindness will not return to lens!!! good courage to all. rather good, good atmosphere and good moments in family however; cleanliness leaves to be desired, very sad staff, and areas in the room poorly spaced it is very disturbing View all feedback.
Very odd when I came to review this McD that it said there were no reviews and I'd be the first and yet it has 2/5 stars and 18 reviews?. Anyway. I have stopped here twice. Not because I like McD but to get a drink and use the loo and WiFi. Firstly back in July 2017 when the car park was used as a park and ride to get to Vimy for the centenary, and again more recently on a visit to RC Lens. It's a fairly typical McD and when I was there it was full of youths messing about and noisey. The coffee was good though and before the football I had a burger and fries. WiFi was okay and easy to connect to.
No more Charlottes on the hair at Mac Do Lens???
March 17 I order a Big Mac what a disappointment given these questionable changes today I ate a burger but certainly not a Big Mac.. no pickle and what is your new bread?? not good at all!!
Good atmosphere, friendly staff, for my taste, the fries are really too thin, otherwise it's okay
The person in charge of preparing the orders is not competent. She starts a tray and then goes to the kitchen. Result if I hadn't gone to claim we'd still be waiting. We had cold coffees!
