Betty's Pizza Shack - Lenox

The price was too high considering the excessive wait time and the incorrect order. I will not be coming back.

I ordered wings and pizza. The pizza was good, but the wings were undercooked. I bit into one and got a mouthful of raw chicken. The service was for takeout, and overall, the meal was a lunch type. The price per person was $20-$30. I would rate the food a 1, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our party of 14 was well taken care of by our server, who handled our large group order with ease. We also ordered some pizza to go, which was tasty and reminiscent of New York style pizza. The prices were standard and the portions were generous. Initially, our server seemed a bit flustered and made a comment about not wanting us to take up too many tables, which seemed unnecessary. However, she made up for it with exceptional, friendly, and efficient service. The restaurant had a laid-back, tiki surf shack vibe. If it weren't for the fact that it was the only place open, we would have considered leaving.

It would be nice if you trained your staff in customer service and hospitality by getting food to customers rather than spend time playing on their phones. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Stellar vegetarian burrito. Slightly understaffed with regard to servers. Provincial, Spartan environment, but great for what they are. Five star minus. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
