To my surprise, a chicken restaurant was out of c... read more I went for lunch and was informed that there would be a 10-minute wait for the extra crispy chicken I ordered. To my surprise, a chicken restaurant was out of chicken—what?! After 15 minutes, they told us they had the original recipe available, but we would need to wait another 13 minutes for the extra crispy option. We decided to get a refund and leave. This was the second disappointing experience we've had in just two visits. We will not be returning! Management really needs to reconsider their strategy.

My wife and two daughters only eat the drumsticks! The KFC in Hudson has let me order this that way and did not charge me anymore than what an 8 pc all dark would cost. I’m sure the colonel has turned over in his grave because of the way you’ve ran this KFC into the ground! One star and will never be back!! I’ll go to the other five chicken restaurants that Lenior offers!
