We went in at 6:30 a.m. and we will get the 20 game arcade when the personal told us that the session $18 pass had unlimited laser tag, arcade and bowling. sounds great right? So it went with this option. when we went to the arcade, hardly any games, most were for children 6-9 years old. we have played only 30 minutes when our card said that there was insufficient medium. we went to the staff and asked why and they told us that it ended around 19 o'clock. they close at 20 o'clock. we asked why they didn’t tell us and they started to disturb and the manager just goes “I can give them a game, but that’s it.” our plan is unlimited. each game is about a dollar. that is hardly worth it. we asked the lady why she didn’t tell us at the beginning that our cards would not work in 30 minutes and she just goes “yes, you’ve been thinking about bowling so that I’ve offered it.” I was in a dress. I just bought it for the arcade. When I confronted her that I didn't want to peel, she started to disturb her, not to explain that she was upsetting me. I'll never be back. policing, taking into account the community management and the staff is shady and uninterested.

Chili is definitiw not made to house and paid to dish up to 10 and personal turned all webs from 945 and we lost on 15 minutes bowling. very disappointed and management must fix these problems

I didn't want them to pay for the lesson. because my group did not come in the time for one of their sessions of 5-8 pm, we were charged $30 for a whole day pass instead of $18 for a 3 hours session then they still had to pay extra to play pool, sock to bowl, etc. the place also begins to look a bit down. everything is very loud and you have to scream to talk to someone. Nevertheless the tenant in my group loved them and enjoyed their time there. Laser Day, bowling, pool, minigolf, arcade games and snack bar available.

Took my son for his birthday. 1.5 hr wait for bowling and an hour play time.. the pins jammed 5-6 x had to call help couldn’t even finish game. Laser tag 1.5 hr wait, the guns wouldn’t work. Bought 2 $18 all play card one didn’t work they fixed it 2x still didn’t work and they refused a refund!! Will NOT be back to have my sons feelings hurt over and over because nothing works right

Birthday parties are awesome..The kids have a blast (adults too lol) very reasonably priced. ALL of the staff was absolutely the best! All around a truly amazing experience! 10 out of 10 recommend!!
