Waiting for 30 minutes they would not give me service ,moved to a different parking spot and still nothing.
HORRIBLE when it comes to mobile orders, will put in at 4:00 and won’t get it until 4:30 ever after saying it’s on its way. Today… Pushed the button and got no response for 10+ minutes. Meanwhile they are in there playing around. It’s crazy to me how down hill sonic has gone.
We sat in the stall for 14 minutes and no one ever took our order. We left along with 3 other vehicles for the exact same reason!!!
Ordered 2 blasts. Paid for peanut butter to be added to a small and got a medium with no peanut butter. Paid for a medium with extra Reece’s got a small turtle. When asked we got the first corrected and the second only had reeces on top. Dug to the bottom and none to be found. When asking for the extra I paid for I was told by an employee that hadn’t taken her hood off the whole time) that she blended it herself with 4 scoops. I could go google it to find out how many a medium gets. So here I am on google. The employee was very unprofessional and rude and after 3 attempts still could not get the job done right. I’ll add a picture to the bottom of my “extra” toppings they had no problem changing for but would not provide.
