Kfc - Lenoir City

I ate there about a month ago and had some problems with the popcorn chicken, and they fixed it for me immediately. You have the most friendly staff, even when it comes to a complaining customer, and I have even returned a call from the manager apoligizing! They really take care of their customers' experience and opinions. I went tonight and got more of the popcorn chicken, and it was hands down some of the best I ever had! Also the chicken pot cake is soooo amazing!! The crust is always so flocky and delicious!!

Go to the side to go to your food is the only way to do what we wanted. Drive thru is always grounded. However in the page is the exact opposite. Great food in large amounts of large staff very helpful and super friendly. Best KFC I've ever been there.

I can say nothing other than good things about Lenoir City, KFC, every time we go there (which is usually 4 or 5 times a month) we've always good service and the store is almost always clean, give or take a few tables (which is to be expected). We never had a problem getting the food or parts of chickens, we ask if it wasn't already on the buffet (what my husband and I usually get). The staff were always very nice and friendly. I would certainly give them 5 because it is really the best to

This was the best KFC Iv was n for quite awhile.. Clean efficiently friendly the buffet was super! my only drawback. It's not n Paducah Mayfield, KY!!!!

We had a great meal but I reminded my husband chicken is NOT dessert.
