You can?t go wrong with the Hook Ladder! This sandwich is served heated and the bread is soft. The medium size is a perfect size, if you?re not super hungry you can save the other half for later. They do have a rewards program that allows you to earn points for free food. I love sandwiches and this is one of my favorite places! View all feedback.

I'd have to agree with all customers from the last seven months. No urgency. Tell us about 10 minutes after we ordered them from meatballs to heat up something. All 4 employees there seemed to be in a fog when they had any training they need to retrain. No salad on my sandwich. It took a total of 30 minutes for our order that we ended to go. We spent $40.00 on 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks 2 chips, which is ridiculous, even... View all feedback.

I always feel better for coming in Firehouse and getting my tummy full of a healthy meal with lots of protein for energy. I was having an extremely bad day and Firehouse to me is comfort food. Great service. Clean store. Friendly staff. Helped make a horrible day a lot easier to bear.
