While the food was acc... read more I recently dined at this well-known restaurant near Lake Como with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. While the food was acceptable, the attitude of the staff made the visit unpleasant. The service felt arrogant and dismissive, and there was a noticeable lack of warmth or hospitality. In a place that attracts international guests, especially in such a beautiful and prestigious location, professionalism and kindness should be a priority. Sadly, that was missing during our visit. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as customer experience is just as important as the cuisine.
