We had earlier climbed the opposite Mountain path by auto and was given this restaurant as a suggestion by the Swiss cousin of my wife. We had earlier climbed the opposite Mountain path by auto and was given this restaurant as a suggestion by the Swiss cousin of my wife. So we climbed the mountain by auto and found another marvelous view at the top. The food was very good. My wife and I split a large salad, and their veal dish. My in-laws split an enormous fondue pot. Our Swiss cousin had the rosti. My son got the Weinerschnitzel which was the best dish by far. All the food sampled was wonderful. The chef came out to check on us (Marcel...I think was the name.) Our chef was a burley East German as friendly as they come. If in Lenk again this stop is a no brainer.
We stopped here for lunch whilst hiking from Adelboden to Lenk. The weather was fine so we sat on the terrace and took in the outstanding views. Food was very good - a variant of typical rosti dish plus seafood salad. Service and staff very good also. Would recommend this if you are hiking or staying in Lenk itself - it is at the end of a bus route from Lenk town so you don't need a car to get there.
We were spontaneously on the southern snow beizli, actually just wanted to have a drink... finally we spent several hours there and enjoyed a super eating. cozy mood and cool people. has been really fun - we will return safely!
Immediately after ordering in the lightning clean, practical, small kitchen freshly prepared and hot served at the table! top! no long waiting times.Clear drain, friendly service, all very good and hot.We come back!
We spent a couple of days on the steer over silvester, and we were often too in the south snow. we liked it there very well, we were finally there every day! simple but very good dishes (especially the flame cake) with great team which is responsible for the guests. the terrace as well as the interior of the restaurant invites you to stay longer. In addition, we have even spent the silvester to twelfth with cheesefondue there above => an absolute secret tip so also for groups! will surely return there with next opportunity.
