I went in and the dame behind the counter said hi, how can I help them? I could say before that she turned away and made another command. I'll wait for a minute or two so she can talk to me again so I could give my orders. once I saw that she had no intention when I took my order and went to chipotle. it was so good. overall recommend chipotle and it is next door. this place must close. the customer service is terrible. I came at 20:30 a.m. at 9:30 a.m. it was nothing prepared and the worker told me that they would not cook anything else. So why not just come close after they run out of the food and make it as such advertising so that people don't waste their time. I guess she was expecting me to stay. This place is ****. Got there at 9:05, closes at 930. The staff literally ran and hid from us. Horrible service
Consistent small portion sizes and slow service resembles a bad panda express location. this is one of the worst in kansas city for many reasons. also eating is not properly cooked at this place, it tastes different from other places.
The staff here is always incredibly friendly! The food is consistently fresh and hot, and they provide excellent service. There's another location that's closer to my house, but unfortunately, the staff there is rude and the food is not good, so I prefer to make the extra trip to this one. I've never been disappointed! I love it!
I've been coming here for quite some time, and I've always found it to be good. However, this visit was exceptional, thanks to Cristian and Nick's fantastic attitude and service. It was genuinely appreciated. Overall, it was an excellent experience!
Food was bland. Terriyaki chicken very fatty couldn't eat. Fried rice tasted scorched never again. I wasted 10 dollars on hilorrible meal. Only plus nice employees.
