A... read more A modest-looking restaurant with all the hallmarks of a grand establishment. Very pleasant service, seasonal produce subtly showcased in very tasteful dishes. A very small comment for the lamb shank with orzo, which falls very discreetly short of the starter and dessert. Fully deserving of its Michelin and Gault&Millau awards, I highly recommend it!
