All ordinary Burritos are well maintained and clean. You have good food and fast service. My wife can't make gluten, she warned her before and the whole line changed gloves to work on her order. Food was good as usual! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Neato Burrito:
Used the app again to order our food after we called and tried to order by phone. We wanted to place a phone order because the 2 previous times they had our order completely wrong on the app. They refused to take the phone order and for the third time the ingredients had completely mixed on our orders. I love Neato. This was a great experience. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. But I?m giving it one star because it?s pathetic that Jon and Shane, the owners, still won?t let folks tip the employees. You guys don?t even take cashanymore and we still can?t tip folks with our cards. It?s such an easy fix. I used to work here so I know how you guys feelabout your employees. It?s just sad that after ten years those feelings haven?t changed. Please be better bosses.

Plenty of parking, seems clean, not worth the cost to your body. Got my wife 's order wrong and she had allergic reaction to food, and I spent the weekend figuring out why it is called a 'toil 'et. Avoid like the plague.
