What Anita Howell doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I ordered 2 medium pizza online, 1 with beef and chicken, pineapple and pepper, the 2 with steak and chicken pepper. I checked my order before I filed. We picked up the pizza without checking the boxes we should have done. Back home there was only one with steak and chicken for topping, the second pizza was missing toppings and the cheese burned out, pure cheese!. Service was satisfactory. The price was high for the size pizza we got. Their large is the size of most places' small. The sauce tasted like Chef Boyardee. I guess if that is what you like, go for it
Will never order from here again. The order took over an hour to arrive from the time it was being ?quality checked? (according to the website) Then it arrived without any of the additional sauces or sodas I paid for. The pizza was ice cold and wings weremushy and gross. We called to get a refund and they said they were unable to refund part of the order order but could offer a $5credit on my account. I don?t have a Dominos account. ????
A lot of attitude from the guy on the phone bc my address was not in his system.....what happened to maps...I'm less than 2miles from the store...even gave him the cross street
As someone who is employed in the same plaza, this Domino's store has become a new favorite of mine. They have always fulfilled my food orders accurately. The staff is friendly.
Very nice people working there. I like the Italian subs at this particular Domino's. I also bought a large, regular crust pizza (half pupperoni) and overall, the pizza was fine. Let's face it, all of the national pizza chain's pizzas have steadily gonedownhill since the 80's.
