What User doesn't like about Tom's Place:
Was here on a Sunday afternoon. Older woman was the bartender and was not only unfriendly, but to the point of being rude. SECOND REVIEW: As you can see the owner responded for me to contact him via email and he would compensate me and get the details of my visit. Hence, I emailed him and I have not heard anything in a few days. View all feedback.

Always fantastic! A hidden gem in the neighborhood. The service is top-notch and they have a unique, retro beer selection. A must-stop for anyone looking for a unique dining experience.
The restaurant offers a friendly service, a relaxing atmosphere, and an old-school vibe. Since its establishment in the 1920s, the place has undergone some changes. The photographs on the walls, including ones featuring Al Capone, are a nod to the building's previous occupancy as a speakeasy. Today, it operates as an Italian restaurant.
Shoe and beer, bar only bar, which plays great music and has amazing barkeepers. klavier and darts in the next room and slot machines in the back. Eating is simply bar food. What else do you need?
This is your stereotypical neighborhood old man's bar. Where else can you find Blatz and Schlitz being served? Interior is straight out of the 50's/60's, but you have to love it! As expected, the prices were reasonable and the service was good
