The Melting Pot - Feedback

What User doesn't like about The Melting Pot:
I didn't like that it was too dark. The table may have been clean but you couldn't see. It felt gritty to me. I like hot food. The pot although was steaming it was not hot enough. You have to remember how long to cook each item and time it yourself or just keep taking it out to look and guess. Too dark and too much work for little satisfaction. Went here for my birthday. Great experience, we stayed for over 2 hours and didn't feel rushed. The waiters seemed busy but it was a Saturday night. The food experience is unique in that you will order some items, like the cheese fondue and the liquid to cook your food for the entire table. Food comes out raw and you cook it right there.
