Today, I went through the drive-through at this location. At around 1:40 in the afternoon, on my way to work. After I gave my order, I was told my total $11.85 before I pulled away. When I finally got the window, the teller told me my total was different as I pulled up $15.??, then changed the total again to $14.??. I was not offered a receipt, how the heck is that am acceptable business model?
Sarah provided excellent customer service. My order took longer than expected so I got it ALL for free. I only ordered 4 things...
The manager and staff were all very pleasant and the drinks were made perfectly! Great service!
