Not only did I get my order wrong but there attitude was the worst customer service I’ve ever received here. I came here March 6th 2024 between 4:30 5:30 and I was also told there was a limit to using the restroom how is there a limit if I payed for my stuff I’m a customer not someone who just walked in to ask to use the bathroom only the ladies working that shift on that day were very rude to me if your so unhappy w... This is our favorite place to drink coffee. We have visited several Peet’s locations, but what makes the Peet’s at Arden Fair so special is the quality of service. The employees are super friendly. They greet us by name and personalize the experience. They make us feel appreciated, and we appreciate them.
Coffe wasn’t that good.. bitter I didn’t get greeted at the front…
