MANAGER ON DUTY: JOSESo we asked, repetitively, 4 times for XX CHEESE, the kids asked for a lot of cheese, Jose said okay. I pick it up, bring it home, and it's regular cheese and dry. The kids ended up adding cheese from other slices on top and throwing away the bread.What a waste of food and money. I ordered the current special. He took it out of the warmer. I asked if had been there long. He said, no, only a few min but I could tell it wasn't fresh like it had just been cooked.
Went in for some pizza carryout, first there's something going on online so I had to order in person. Was told 15 that was half an hour ago. Then I was told 3 and I had to wait another 5. As soon as I had problems online I should've gone somewhere else.
I placed on order on the app. It said pizza ready 5:31-5:36pm. 5:36 no pizza. 5:45 no pizza. 6:00 no pizza. Finally at 6:15 the lady at the counter said they would remake it and give me free wings. Its obvious they gave my pizza away since i received the confirming email to pick up my pizza because it was ready. I've been here several times before but service was ok never this bad. Not sure if they have new staff or new management but they need to get their act together. Pizza finally ready at 6:25 pm.
Young brunette cashier girl couldn't move any slower than a sloth and acts like she's too good to be working. Horrible attitude and blank expression, been coming here for years and never been made more uncomfortable in my life by getting a pepperoni pizza! Bizarre. Also got my order wrong! Wouldn't recommend
Always fresh and great food. However, make sure they put the dipping sauce in your order!
