What Eleanor T doesn't like about Baskin-robbin:
Service is poor. We walked in at 10 minutes before closing time and we were not greeted. We bought four ice creams and one in a waffle cone which felt apart. When we asked to get another cone showing that it was breaking, we were looked as if we were nuts to ask and given some explanation of how the cones are made. I was a little disappointed that they weren't able to make a root beer freeze Baskin-Robbins used to be able to do this it's basically just a root beer milkshake but the ice cream was predictably good and the service was as well View all feedback.
