Sometimes... read more I won't be returning to this location. They consistently take longer than the estimated wait time, and they've messed up my order the last two visits. Sometimes the wings, particularly the butter-based ones, lack seasoning. They really need to add more dry seasoning on top. Even though this location is more convenient, I’d rather drive further to the Lake Murray location.

They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they frequently say they're... read more Wingstop offers fantastic food, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they frequently say they're out of chicken or fries and only accept cash, which feels like a tactic to discourage customers. It's disappointing that they often run out of soda as well. On top of that, they only provide brown industrial paper towels instead of napkins. Despite these issues, I’ve visited Wingstop many times because they accept EBT, and their menu is genuinely excellent.

The restaurant was unclean with an unpleasant smell, and the staff were quite rude.
