I have always enjoyed KFC and have fond memories from my time working there. That's why I was taken aback during my visit to the drive-thru today. The staff mem... read more I have always enjoyed KFC and have fond memories from my time working there. That's why I was taken aback during my visit to the drive-thru today. The staff member there exhibited zero customer service skills and didn't smile at all. I left feeling like I had somehow offended them while ordering food for my family. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I've encountered unfriendly service at this location. If someone is unhappy in their job, they might consider moving on. I've worked in that drive-thru, and I know the importance of a friendly demeanor. The attitude of this staff member was quite off-putting. If it weren't for that experience, I would have given a five-star rating. It’s clear that some training on customer interaction is needed. I won't be returning anytime soon due to the rude service I received.
