Ordered a doner plate today. They were really tasty and good as always. We also ordered hamburgers and unfortunately I have to deduct points
I called to order food and asked if they could deliver it. They responded with an inappropriate comment: We 're supposed to deliver food when it 's 33 degrees Celsius? Sorry, but that 's your job. From that moment on, I had no desire to order any more – because why would I spend any more money there when they treated me so disrespectfully as a customer? I then said I didn 't want anything else. Then they shouted at me: Tell me now! I again clearly replied that I didn 't want anything else. They just said: Tough luck then, and hung up. Unbelievable! That 's definitely a way to lose customers.

0 stars would be more appropriate!!! Absolute disaster! I've rarely experienced such disrespectful and unfriendly customer service. I was yelled at so much on the phone that I seriously thought I was in the wrong movie – completely unacceptable! Whoever answered the phone had obviously never heard the term customer service. And the food? A complete disgrace. The kebab tasted old, the meat was tough, the bread was sticky, and the vegetables seemed wilted – no sign of freshness. Hygiene? None at all! Just looking at the shop ruins your appetite: dirty on the outside, unkempt, and absolutely off-putting. Nothing is right here – neither the quality nor the way people treat you. Anyone who values good food and a modicum of respect should avoid this place like the plague. Conclusion: Never again. Stay away!
