The people in the service and kitchen are friendly and neat. However, the restaurant and the entire shopping center surrounding it were quite disappointing. You can park easily and cheaply in the parking garage. That's nice. The shopping center is dirty, poorly maintained and there are people shouting loudly on bicycles and scooters everywhere. Shops look bad from the outside, dirty and poorly maintained. When you enter the restaurant via a heavily polluted escalator, the restaurant is not really attractive and clean. The roof terrace is dirty, the tables have full ashtrays and waste and food scraps everywhere. Inside the restaurant, the toilets are also very dirty and smell very bad. The kitchen extractor duct is also so loud in that area that it is noticeable. The tables inside are generally tidy. If we compare this with crab claw in Utrecht, we prefer that. The quality of the food was better in Utrecht, although the quantity was somewhat less. The restaurant in Utrecht is neater, cleaner and more attractive.
