El Patron Mexican Grill - Leitchfield

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I don't understand or read English well, which made things difficult for me. I was overcharged for my meal, and two of the dishes were too soggy. One main dish even had a hair in it, and a lot of the food consisted mainly of onions. The staff was rude and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. Additionally, they added an unauthorized tip to my bill, which amounted to $88, and my only receipt didn't clarify my order. The manager hung up on me multiple times when I tried to resolve the issue, insisting that I come to the restaurant. Since I'm handicapped and homebound, I had to ask my health aide to place the order and bring it back for me, but they still kept demanding that I come in. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I do not recommend this place.

I visited this restaurant with my fiancé and his stepmom for lunch/early dinner, and I ordered a chicken quesadilla. It was absolutely fantastic—one of the best I've had at any restaurant. I loved it and would definitely recommend it! It’s very authentic and delicious!

WORST SERVICE EVER! David was the absolute worst and rude waiter ever. There were 6 of is and he was rude to each of us. The manager couldn't have cared less. Do not recommend. That guy sucked!

As a truck driver, I stopped here for a delivery to a store and decided to eat at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious! For vegetarians, they offer a variety of vegetable dishes served with rice and Tilapia fish.

I have never had such horrible service. Waitress was extremely rude, food was not great (some tasted old), and manager just simply did not care. I'm very tolerant, but this experience was unreal. I don't know how they stay in business.
