It is a very good restaurant. There is not a lot of space, but it is cosy, people are very nice and the food is good. I had the grilled squid with shrimps and sangria and I liked it very much. The prices are ok and the portions very big. View all feedback.
The portions are big and come with side dishes. 3 of us ordered one full and 2 half portions of squid, codfish and sausage and couldn’t eat it all. Bustling restaurant and friendly service. The young lady who served us translated a completely incomprehensible in English menu item and was courteous and helpful. They did not take U.S. credit cards so be aware.
They can't deal with foreign tourists which is a shame. Every single question made was answered in a very rude way. It looks like they don't enjoy being in the food business.
I visited the Toca with family. It is an honest restaurant with traditional meat and fish options. In my table we had picanha and grilled dourada. Both were acceptable and the prices in average with the alternatives in the area.
We had a very good dinner, nice location and good prices too however we didn’t feel us very welcomed as the service wasn’t appropriate.
We had a nice dinner in this restaurant. Very Portuguese, good food, low rates, nice and friendly staff, seating possible outside or inside.
