The woman asked for the extra cost to be taken off because she didn’t know it co... read more I witnessed a very pregnant woman being yelled at today by the Subway employee. The woman asked for the extra cost to be taken off because she didn’t know it costs extra for cheese, she wasn’t informed and there was so little cheese already. The manager argued that the woman should have read the fine print on the menu. The woman said she didn’t understand German well and couldn’t read the words because they were too small. The manager kept arguing. She eventually yelled “I don’t need this right now! I’m on my break and I don’t have to deal with this!! This is not my problem!” The pregnant women looked close to tears and said, “I cannot be under stress, I am 7 months pregnant.” The manager shouted, “I don’t care if you’re pregnant!” She continued to argue that this wasn’t her problem, clearly putting the pregnant woman under continued distress. I just felt this needed to be reported because it’s not right for employees to be yelling at pregnant women.
