very nice environment, very beautiful shape. Drinks are good and cheap, especially the house beer has a very sweet taste and is most recommended. what I can't recommend is not eating, so please let her finger off. the currywurst was very burned and unfortunately not delicious. all in all, it's still worth a trip. Hervorragende und kreative Burger und gut gezapftes Bier. Gastgarten bot uriges Ambiente, das vor dem Betreten nicht zu erwarten war. Wermutstropfen war die lange Anstellzeit für Getränke. Hier sollten sich die Betreiber was einfallen lassen, um die Ausschankkapazität zu erhöhen.
Meiner Meinung nach hat das Substanz einen der schönsten Biergärten in ganz Leipzig. Das Gebäude mag auf den ersten Blick unscheinbar sein aber dahinter verbirgt sich ein wunderschöner Biergarten mit Pavillon und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Der rundum zugewachsene Biergarten schirmt seine Gäste wunderbar vom hektischen Treiben der Außenwelt ab und man kann in Ruhe sein Essen und die Atmosphäre genießen.Eine riesen Auswahl an Getränken (Biergartentypisch als Selbstbedienung) und hervorragendes Essen (in meinem Fall ein leckerer Burger) werden durch freundlichen Service an der Theke abgerundet. Zu erreichen ist das Substanz ganz einfach mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (die nächste Haltestelle ist ca. 300m entfernt) oder mit dem Auto, das man in einer der Nebenstraßen in der Regel problemlos parken kann.Auch für Kinderwägen ist hier ausreichen Platz geboten.Wir werden bestimmt noch das eine oder andere Mal wieder kommen.
Der Biergarten ist an warmen Abenden wirklich schön. Tolles Ambiente. Leider ist komplett Selbstservice angesagt und die "Bedienung" die man dann am Tresen trifft etwas schnippig, was ich nicht nachvollziehen kann.
Im Sommer im Biergarten ein Traum mit leckerem frischem Essen. Absolut empfehlenswert.Im Lokal selbst ist es gemütlich und Raucher sind herzlich willkommen.

Delicious burgers, great wine. Nice ambience. You have to be there in time, best when open, otherwise it will be really close in summer to get a place. No reservations are accepted, unfortunately. The burgers are organic quality and are looking for the same. The wines are trained by the winemaker and the bar service, to present them great and to make good recommendations. Beer selection is fine. Various ciders and high percentages are also available. We go here regularly because the atmosphere is just great.
In reudnitz is one of the best localities to eat burger, namely the substance . the burgers are freshly grilled and are super tasty. There are also other dishes such as salads, pelmeni, hot dogs and so on. all of this is then enjoyed in free biergarnitures and can be enchanted by the charm of this inner courtyard. from time to time also small concerts take place. I find great here!
The substance lies in the backyard of a house in reudnitz and is a rustic but very cozy location. the absolute bang on the menu are the freshly grilled burgers. for this, the sustanz is also known. but it is also worth coming past a beer.
My favorite biergarten in leipzig. a beautiful, cozy beer garden, the garden atmosphere sprays and in which you feel at ease. as already read in the other review you will not be served at the place, but you have to get his drinks at the bar. in the summer there is a grill with very tasty burgers at a fair price. the burgers are also ordered directly at the grill, but if they are ready served at the seat. not forget to remember the table number before ordering so that the burger also arrives;
