Saxon and Tyrolean in... read more Extremely attentive and pleasant service. This created a relaxed atmosphere despite the dignified ambience and children. Food exceptional. Saxon and Tyrolean influences blood sausage, sweetbreads, pigeon. Dessert Tarte tatin with delicious marzipan ice cream and plum, sophisticated cheese selection with warm bread. The reason why the restaurant is less visited than, for example, the hotel bar may be because it offers a very extensive menu. It's a shame, a visit to the brasserie is definitely highly recommended.
